Flagpole Flag Arrangements

Flag arrangements are supplied with either 2 or 3 stainless steel quick links depending on the recommended flag size. Flag arrangements are constructed of stainless steel aircraft cable with a stainless steel thimble at each end with 2 copper crimps. These flag arrangements provide a method of attaching the flag or flags to the cable assembly. RTS-2 Series Flagpole Truck

External Halyard - Threaded Style - Rotating - Double Pulley Fits Flagpole top diameters: up to 3 1/2" Cast aluminum construction with 2" outside diameter cast nylon pulleys on 1/4" stainless steel axles. This truck is designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 3-1/2" outside top diameter with a female fitting installed. The bottom of the spindle has a 1-1/4" NPT threading and is screwed into the top of the flagpole while the top spindle is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of 1/2"-13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading if desired. The ornament is secured to the truck with a 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screw. For ease of rotation, product life and strength, these trucks utilize self-lubricating ball bearing assemblies. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16". Designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 3-1/2" outside top diameter with a female fitting or pole top adaptor. Medium duty truck for 5/16" rope halyard.

Stainless Steel Flagpole Winches

(Note: be sure to order handles) Replacement flagpole winches. These winches are available for use on flagpoles with butt diameter of 6" or greater. These gearless winches utilize cast bronze internal brakes which release when a winch handle is inserted and rotational pressure is applied. The winch is locked at any position by removing the handle which engages the brake system. The small size is generally used on flagpoles up to 45', the large size is used on flagpoles from 50' through 80' . The X-large size is used on flagpoles higher than 80'. The winch is mounted to the inside of the flagpole with two 5/16"-18NC stainless steel bolts with mounting centers being 3-1/2". Recommended diameters of stainless steel cable are 1/8" and 5/32".

RTSB Flagpole Truck – Cast Bronze Alloy

External Halyard - Threaded Style - Rotating - Double Pulley Fits Flagpole top diameters: up to 4" Cast bronze alloy construction with 2" outside diameter bronze alloy pulleys on 1/4" stainless steel axles. This truck is designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 4" outside top diameter with a female fitting installed. HDT-2 Series Heavy Duty Flagpole Truck

This truck is designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 5-1/2" outside top diameter with female fitting installed. The bottom of the spindle has a 1-1/4" NPT threading and is screwed into the top of the flagpole while the top spindle is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of 1/2"-13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading. The ornament is secured to the truck with a 1/4"- 20NC stainless steel set screw. The truck body rotates on 26 stainless steel ball bearings on cast races. Outrigger Flagpole Non-Tangle Rods

Non-Tangle Rods for wall mounted outrigger flagpoles. Our non tangle rods are constructed of 3/8" diameter stainless steel rod. All sizes are supplied complete with a solid bronze allow fitting which attaches to the grommet of the flag. 30' and 48' long rods are supplied with one bronze allow fitting which attaches to the bottom edge of the flag while the 72" and 84" rods are supplies with three bronze alloy fittings which attach to he bottom edge of the flag.

Flagpole Cable Assemblies

Flagpole cable assemblies are constructed of 1/8" and 3/16" stainless steel aircraft cable incorporating a stainless steel swivel to minimize unraveling due to rotation of the truck assembly. The lower section has a copper cable stop attached to one end for installation into a stainless steel winch. This cable stop can easily be removed if not required. The upper cable section is supplied with a stainless steel thimble, 2 copper crimps, and two ball cable stops. However, because this section must be threaded through the truck assembly, these parts are not attached to the cable before shipment and must be attached in the field. Cable assemblies are designed for flagpoles with winch assemblies at 5' above grade. Additional custom cable assembly sizes available. RTC-1 Series Flagpole Truck

External Halyard - Cap Style - Rotating - Single Pulley Fits Flagpole top diameters: 13/8" to 33/8" Cast aluminum construction with a 2" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axle. The bottom portion of the spindle is designed to fit over the top of the flagpole and is secured with three stainless steel set screws (1/4"-20NC on the RTC-1-2 and 5/16"-18NC on the RTC-1-238). The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of 1/2"-13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading if desired. The ornament is secured to the truck with a 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screw. For ease of rotation, product life and strength, these trucks utilize self-lubricating ball bearing assemblies. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16". Designed to fit over the top of small aluminum, steel, wood or fiberglass flagpoles. Medium duty truck for 5/16" rope halyard.

Rope Retainer Rings

for flagpoles with butt diameters from 5" to 16-1/2" The rope retainer rings are constructed of #8 (1/4") rope with wire core, stainless steel thimbles and copper crimps. Our rope retaining rings come complete with a vinyl cover over the thimbles and stainless steel quick link. Retainer rings are generally used with internal halyard flagpoles by providing a means of keeping the bottom of the flag close to the pole and as an aid to raise and lower the flag. Retainer rings can also be used on large multi-grommet flags on both external and internal flagpoles as a means to keep the flags close to the pole and reduce the strain on the upper and lower grommets of the flag.
